This pretty lady is not dressed as a flapper, but is certainly from that era. She appears to be proud of the coat she’s wearing - possibly fur. She also wears a matching turban-style hat or cap. The polka-dot dress with the flounce in front is the bee’s knees! She appears in an oval surrounded by daisy-like flowers. The Art Nouveau frame is silver metal with a handsome engraved vine pattern. The material on the back is velvet. Size: 6 7/8 in. wide x 8¾ in. high. This framed picture is in very good vintage condition - the velvet stand and one clip is missing from the back (a jeweler could help with this) and there are some very minor scratches.
