This is a 00's knit jacket released around the same time as the SHIPS sweatshirt worn by Takuya Kimura in the first season of HERO.
As it's from the same era, the neck tag is also the same type from that time.
It's a vintage item from about 25 years ago, but there are no noticeable stains or damage.
