Complete with original instruction and all mini figures, both in very good conditions.
The building structure and the delivery van have the following disclaimers:
- the building’s bricks are seeing some yellowing, it can be restored with hydrogen peroxide bath under sunlight.
- the van is missing two Pizzeria stickers
- the back doors of the van have been substituted with a set of different white pieces. See the last picture to understand what the original looks like
